Complex systems: from physics to biology and the social sciences
 
 
   

The Conference on Complex systems: from physics to biology and the social sciences, will be held in November 2006, at the University of Lisbon, starting on the morning of the 22nd and finishing at lunch time on the 25th.

It consists of invited and contributed talks on:
(i) network structure and dynamics,
(ii) population dynamics and evolution, and
(iii) social, ecological and epidemiological modelling,
from a statistical physics and dynamical systems perspective.

There is a conference fee, of 100 euros to be paid upon arrival, that covers the conference dinner.
